installation problem

Hi,

I've recently purchased the full version of DMM plugin, and I want to use this
on a Windows machine with Maya 2012x64. We have the license key to paste in,
but the DMM Help menu doesn't seem to have an option to paste in a key,
instead it tries to go out over the internet to retrieve a key.

Could you please advise on how we can proceed?
