Bullet Time Effect in Maya
You can do this by increasing the frame rate of the sim. You can do that by altering the frame per second setting in Maya preferences under "settings". Pick a high frame rate like 120 fps or even higher. DMM will simulate accordingly.
Here's where the setting is in Maya Preferences:

Once you do the sim at a high frame rate, play it back at a normal frame rate (like 24 fps or even 30 fps) and you'll see the slow-mo effect.
