DMM for Non-Commercial Use

Will DMM be able to be used for Non-Commercial Use? Becuase when I heard about Star Wars: The Force Unleashed using it, it caught my eye. Also, I am trying to develop a game with a group. We are currently starting to do it. http://www.evgd.freeforums.org If this could be used for non-commercial use. I'll appreciate it.
