View Full Version : Using DMM inside Vision engine

I have just installed the eval kit of the Vision Engine, and have the DMM plugin installed inside maya. I made some simple breaking animations using DMM which I now want to import inside the Vision Engine. The engine has a model and animation importer plugin for maya but still I'm not able to figure how to get the breaking polygons inside the engine from maya. If anyone knows plz help

Hi varunbondwal,
Are you trying to import the calculated simulation, or do you need DMM to simulate your object in game? If it's the first case, you might want to check out with the Trinigy guys. For the second case, you need to first export the model using the Trinigy plugin, then import it in vForge and set it as a DMM entity.
BTW, Trinigy should be soon releasing an update for the DMM integration.
