Is there a chance that sometime in future you can tile the splinter geomtry inside the DMM Object.
Like you would take the woodFloor1b out of the Splinter Library and apply it to a floor object and it would tile the splinter geometry over the floor.

I am posting a script at the bottom of this post that could help you in facilitating your task to tile a floor surface with splinter meshes.

I added a small document in the .rar folder that will help you to get the right results since the described vertixes selection is fundamental to ensure a correct tiling with no gaps between generated splinter meshes.

I am glad you find it useful, I will keep you posted on more improvements, like a UI front-end and the ability to cover target meshes in both planes.
